It is nice but I think for my family of 5 it's a bit small.

Also don't need to win the lottery (or rather the big one) to buy it and have your visit. (Can you get a year long stay at the Fort?) I think you could probably do it for less than $50K (cost of cabin plus year long stay at the Fort)
