Need to verify w Magic ur way '14 package

I just live chatted with Gail from Disney. I wanted to verify the 2 free DQ passes you get with a 2014 Magic your way package.
I asked her to verify the 2 free passes to Disney Quest w/the 2014 package.

Her response: I would have to buy the water park option tickets to get passes to Disney Quest.

I said I was confused, The Disney website reads about discounts, mini golf passes, and Disney Quest passes.

Her response was the same as before, buy a water+ ticket

This vacation package includes accommodations at a Disney Resort hotel and a Magic Your Way Base Ticket. Choosing a 2- to 10-day ticket gives each member of your travel party entry to one Disney theme park every ticket day. You can add additional ticket options for more fun and flexibility! Has anyone used the 2014 magic your way package and received the 2 free passes to Disney Quest? Some reassurance would be GREAT!

Yes. We were there in January and used them. They come in the mailer that includes Magical Express tags, luggage tags, and coupons/vouchers for Disneyquest, resort arcade, etc. You just take the coupons and ID to Disneyquest and they give you a ticket. Easy.

So true. Reminds me of a recently heard greeting on the phone that I cannot stand. "Hi, this is Whatever Business, I can help you!"

3 of the 4 businesses I called that day that used that...could not help me. I really hope it doesn't become a huge trend. I will lose my mind.



I'm pretty sure that was a perk all through 2013, too, and it was real and bonafide.

Just reconfirming since January is early, I have a MYW package in March that I just received my book for a couple days ago, and it includes the Disneyquest vouchers.

I was really suprised to see the vouchers in the booklet. Our last trip was at the end of 2011 and the Disney Quest vouchers were not offered. I actually turned to Dh and said "we didn't get these last time right?". Cool perk!

I'm assuming the Disney Quest vouchers are not transferrable to another guest. Is that correct? We got the water park and more package, so can't really use the two vouchers for Disney Quest, but my in-laws have the annual pass and it would cost them a lot more to buy a pass for just one visit to DQ. Would love for them to be able to join us, but I understand if this is not acceptable. It's unfortunate that we won't benefit from this perk since we also want the water park.

You might be able to. When we went, we had two vouchers from our family's room, and two from my parents' room. My parents were not interested in going, and they let us use their two vouchers for our family. You won't know until you try, but as long as you (the ones with the room reservations) are there to present your ID with the voucher, once they hand you the admission card, I would think your parents could use it.
