Need to vent

I am known to everone around me as the Disney Queen ( I am sure most of you can relate).
I have planed 3 co-workers trips and two of my own.
All three of my co-workers were astounded at the amount of stuff they were able to do.
The two trips of my own went fairly smooth. The second trip involved my two sisters and one of their boyfriends. One of the sisters and I put the whole trip together. I gave her websites, videos and books. As it got down to the wire for the trip however, it was hard to nail down what she wanted to do. So I just planned Days. (ex. Sat - Universal, Sun - IofA, Monday - epcot ...) That laid the ground work and we went from there.
So maybe that will work for you.

My husband made a fatal error. We were watching Ultimate Disney on the travel channel. I said " I shouldn't watch this. I will get the itch to go back again." We had a trip in December. HE replies "We could go back this winter for all I care."

Is that dangerous or what?

Look at it this way...

If everyone were planners then they would all know our "beat the crowds" secrets. We need the hordes of people who don't show up up at the parks until noon, or who leave as soon as it rains, or who think Fastpass is something you have to pay for.

I am going this summer with family and they have given me full reign to do whatever I want, whenever. They too can't imagine knowing where they will want to eat 90 days from now. That is just fine with me

I know how you feel. We are going with my SIL this time. I keep asking her what see wants to see and all she says is "whatever, its vacation". I hope she likes what we do. She really needs to have a great vacation.

My DH figures that with the time I spend planning, I should even be able to tell him when we need to go to the bathroom. He does approve the PS's though. He actually likes being told what to do every minute of the day.
