Need to rent BCV studio, Nov. 5-11, 106 points

I am interested in renting a studio at the Beach Club Villas from Saturday, November 5th through Friday, November 11th, 2005 (7 nights). By my calculations, I will require 106 points. Can anyone help me?

we have 90 points from'05 and can borrow from'06 to provide what you need. However since we own at the Boardwalk we can't secure the reservation until 7 months out.
