Need to rent 110 points for OKW 3/04

I am looking for March 21-25, 2004 for a 1 BR villa at OKW.
I can rent from someone on Ebay, but she is charging $13.50 a point. Is that reasonable or is $10.00 a point more of what I should expect to pay?
I've rented points from this board before, and have always been happy with the people I've dealt with.

Does anyone else have those dates available?
