Timon you can practically see him anywhere. We saw him in all the parks except MGM. THe shortest line was outside the Animal Kingdom. He was also at the Magic Kingdom in the beginning of Main Street and at Epcot in Future World with the Characters on Holiday by the fountains.

Ariel can be found in Ariel's Grotto in the Magic Kingdom.

Peter we saw by the Pirates of the Caribbean exit with Wendy in the Magic Kingdom.

I've never see Pumba except for the Festival of the Lion King show at AK.

Peter Pan can be found outside POC. I saw Timon in Adventureland across from Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. He was with Rafiki. Aeriel was not at her Grotto when we went in Jan., (too cold???), but she was in the Princess Room in the character tent in Toontown.

When you go to The World ask a CM in a gift shop to find out where the characters are that you want to see. They call on a special phone and they will find out the information for you.

We had one of the coolest encounters with Peter Pan at the KidCot station in the U.K. Very fun, very funny and very cool. He was hanging around and so were Capt. Hook and Mr. Smee. The sword fight they had was awesome! lol Just thought I would toss that in since it hadn't been mentioned yet.

We have seen Timon at MGM outside of a trailer in front of WWTBAMPI several times.

I love the abbreviations, I have learned the main one used now has something to do with mickey mouse and halloween...

wwtbampi = world war two, no, walt no, we win... bambi, no...

lol, good thing this site has a page to help me navigate thru the thousands of obvious abbreviations that leave me clueless!!

Peter Pan: If he's out, he's usually outside Pirates of the Caribbean. He also sometimes appears in Town Square at MK and at MGM either near the Sorcerer's Hat or at the park entrance. He's also a regular on the Family Magic Tour (but never guaranteed).

Timon and Pumbaa: Pumbaa does not appear in the parks for meet-and-greets, but Timon is found in a lot of places. I seem to find him at Town Square at MK, on Character Bus at EPCOT, and at the Hat at MGM the most.

Ariel: Ariel appears at Ariel's Grotto in Fantasyland most of the time. If the temperature is bellow freezing, she is moved to Cinderella's room at Toontown Hall of Fame. She's also there when Ariel's Grotto is under rehab.

If you have any trouble finding them, ask at City Hall at MK or Guest Relations at EPCOT, MGM, or AK. They can usually call a hotline and tell you where and when a character is scheduled to appear. Most character escorts are also knowledgeable about character whereabouts as well.
