Need to change last name on title/deed

I need to change my last name back to my maiden name on my title and deed. Anyone done this? How complicated is it, and does it cost anything?

Contact DVD accounting for instructions. Shouldn't cost any more than a filling fee from the county. Your name on your DVC account will also change, it has to match the deed.

Talk to member admin, I don't think you have to change the deed itself, just provide documentation as long as you don't have to add or remove other names.

I wanted to take my deceased husband's name off of my deed and member accounting told me it would be $600.00. Changed my mind real fast.

There was a report of them doing it with just a letter and death certificate without changing the title. You may want to talk to member admin about this. I certainly wouldn't pay this much to do so but you could do it yourself if a deed change were needed in this situation.
