need to change dining times--do I call DVC or DCL?

I picked late seating based on the "test" times and the fact that it seemed like things were moving that way--now it's back to the old times and I need early seating. Do I call DVC or DCL?
Another thing--will I automatically be waitlisted, or if there is room in early seating (we are still 9 months out) will I be able to get a table now?

You are unlikely to be able to switch it now but do get yourself waitlisted. I would imagine DVC could do this for you.

You may want to wait, though, since you have so long before your cruise, in case they change the times again.

Call DVC member services and get waitlisted NOW.

It's highly unlikely they will switch the dining times again, they did the test and they now know that the old times work better. It is much easier to switch to LATE dining than it is to switch to early, so waitlist now and on the off chance that they do change the times again you can always switch.

As Michelle said, call MS now. They act as your travel agent and must be the liaison between DCL and you.

Worst case, if the waitlist does not come through for you, there will be an opportunity to try and change dining assignment upon embarkation. Check the Daily Navigator for the time and location to do so.

Same thing happened to me. We originally had the late times but realized early would be better. Since we booked it through DVC we had to ALWAYS go through them for anything having to do with the reservation. They had us on a waitlist but I started calling DVC as it got closer to the saildate (about 60 days out) and finally got the early seating. They were very nice and more than happy to check each time. I would suggest calling in addition to the list--you may get a better response.

Thanks for all the responses. I called DVC today and was switched to Main seating without a waitlist at all! So it was good news.
