Need to cancel-who do I contact???

Hi~
I regretfully have to cancel for the events-only part of the DIS Convention..does anyone know who I should contact in order to get my deposit returned???? Thanks for any help!!!

Hi Austinmommy.
I'm sorry that you have to cancel. I have been waiting for the
"events only" to open up again for one person, and if the persons in charge will allow it, I would be happy to buy your "event only".

Thank you for your response, Pete P.M.'d me saying all refunds will be banked and "event only" will be opened up in several weeks on a first come, first first serve basis. Sorry, I guess that I am getting a bit toooooooooo excited. Sincerely, Ray

Ray - I have told a few people that they could probably get their events-only tickets from someone who was cancelling, but now I know it doesn't work that way. Live and learn!

Ray, thanks for posting that because I was wondering the same thing....whether or not we could just 'backfill' open spots once they cancel......like Nancy said....live and learn! ;)
