Need to book or bank today?

I currently have five points available from 2013. My use year is December and the banking window closes today.
We will be using these points for a booking December 2014. Do I need to make this booking today or can I wait and do the booking in a couple days?

You need to bank them first -- today -- and then book.

You can do the booking whenever, but the points have to be banked into your 2014 UY or you won't be able to use them for that reservation. Your 2014 UY starts Dec 1, 2014.
