Need to be near Wyndham LBV

Trying to navigate the Hotel Plaza Blvd maps I've found is quite maddening...so I'm reaching out for help.

We are visiting Disney for an event at ESPN/Hollywood Studios and our group has booked a block at the Wyndham LBV instead of staying at All Stars Resort. The block is in the "lakeview" rooms which are not getting the best reviews. I can book off the block in the "tower" rooms or have also considered another hotel on Hotel Plaza Blvd but need to be close enough for a quick trip to the Wyndham for practices, etc. I don't want to get stuck in a dump!

Any suggestions?

My wife and I stayed at the Fountains in May and early June and loved it. The location was great and it is not far from Disney. If you leave the parking lot and take a right on 192 it will take you to the Disney Highway. Just follow the sings and hang a right which turns into wolrd blvd. and it is easy to get around. In previous years we have stayed offsite and different locations, but this by far was the easiest to go and come home to.

I've heard really good things and have booked a room for myself at Lake buena vista spa and palace.... I'm pretty sure it just around the corner from the Wyndham.
