Need tips for Epcot Food & Wine events

Hi! I am been to Epcot Food & Wine only once. We enjoyed the booths in the World Showcase.
I am going again this October! I am very interested in any cooking events or finding out what else is offered. Does any have any information on 2015? Or maybe just state their past experience.

I would like to know more about celebrity chefs and dinners too. I feel like I am missing out on the Food & Wine Festival. I am not sure what my options are.

The information on the special events and seminars for this year's festival will probably be release some time in July. If you can find info on last year, possibly on the disney food blog, you will at least be able to see the types of events that are scheduled.

Information about F&W events for this year hasn't been released yet, but I'm sure there will be many seminars, wine tastings, dinners and special parties scheduled. In previous years much of the information was released in the summer and booking started in July or August. There was a long thread on the Restaurant board last year that will probably be started once more info on this year's F&W is released so keep an eye out for that as well.
