I am sorry to ask such a question but I am new to all this Disney stuff and I need help! I am looking to buy Disney tickets where is the best place to get them. I am affraid not to get them from anyplace but DISNEY because I am scared some of these places are a scam. Is there anyplace that people have used and have saved money and will buy from again? Thanks any info is appreciated.

Check out mousesavers.com for a lot of tips on saving money and info. They recommend going through AAA or ticketmania.com for the best prices. They aren't scams. They don't recommend ebay because you don't know who you are buying from (most are people who come back from vacation and didn't use a few days of their pass) and can't tell if it's expired or what... I have done a lot of research and plan to get them through ticketmania.com... apparently if you sign up for a mousesavers newsletter you get a 5% discount but I tried to sign up and haven't gotten any emails yet.

I think the mousesavers e-newsletter is sent on the 15th of each month, so if you just signed up, you'll have to wait a few more days. Also, it's not a 5% discount. It's just a few dollars, but it all helps.

Do you really save that much with ticketmania? It looks lilke maybe 9.00 is all I can save I know nine dollars is nine dollars but I was hoping for a little better does this about right?

Yeah but every little bit helps... Unfortunately there aren't much more of a discount.. You could use ebay... I think you can save more like $100 per ticket depending on what price the auction ends... but if you do this I'd make sure the seller has A LOT of positive feedback...

It does add up your right! :teeth: I would not use EBAY for tickets no matter what the feedback. Just the way I am I guess and I am a huge EBAY fan.

I would never use eBay for WDW passes either. It's a crapshoot, and I have personally seen tickets on sale on eBay that I knew for a fact were bogus (Annual Passes).

TicketMania is a perfectly legitimate ticket broker. But since the MYW tickets came out, TicketMania's discount is not as good as it used to be. However, it does get better on the higher-priced tickets, and is much better on non-Disney tickets like Universal, SeaWorld, and Wet-N-Wild.
