SO after spending about an hour at target and trying about 10 strapless swimsuits i decided it was hopeless. I normally wear a 32C and usually wear smalls in swimwear. However the strapless style that i am dying to have doesnt want to work. Anyone else have this problem? Because I am thin I need the type that doesnt clip in the back, i need the kind you tie. BUt I need a brand that runs decent for the bust.

Any brands that youd reccomend?
Thanks

No i have tried to get different sizes, that isnt the problem . The problem is

When i was at target I had a Medium top. When i tie it around my body its like pulled as tight as it will go to stay on, but yet covers my bust like a bandaid would (lol)

that's too easy
btw, i like your location.
Thanks :D

Get a size up from that one or even try another style.

i have the same problem as you. im a 10D and pretty thin. i ended up having to get size 8 bikini bottoms and size 14 top (australian sizes). if you're not getting good coverage, you need to go for a larger size. also, you need to be aware of how the top will look on you. strapless styles often dont suit larger bust sizes and make the wearer look saggy. make sure you try different styles, not just sizes, to get the best fitting and most flattering top for your shape.

You may want to try a place like victoria's secret.

those tops will fit more like a bra, and give better coverage (and probably have underwire)

could it just be that the style you are "dying for" doesn't work for you?

Try halters. They provide more coverage and support.

the thin stringy bikinis and strapless are generally better for girls with smaller busts...

I think in order to wear strapless you really should have a B cup or smaller or be prepared to pay for a quality swimsuit. I have a C cup and I know I couldn't wear a strapless unless it fit perfect. I'm not willing to pay $60 for a swimsuit top though. Plus I don't like strapless...I just know a disaster would happen.

I hate swimsuits...I can never find one that fits and I just wear halter style. I don't like feeling exposed but it seems like all of them are like that.

I would try other styles.
