Need something catchy - any ideas?

Our house is for sale. We are in North Carolina and it's VERY hot right now. I thought it would be nice to put a sign on our kitchen counter offering bottled water to whomever comes by. I thought about putting a label on the water to remind them where they got it

I was just going to use printable address labels and cant decide if I should just put our address or something like "thank you for your visit, 222 Ocean Drive". Any ideas?

You also need to bury a saint in your front yard. I forget which one it is. It's supposed to help sell your house.

I like "Thank you for your visit" with the address. The water with the little reminder is a friendly gesture. When we bought our home, we really liked the seller and that helped because we were more comfortable dealing with someone we liked.

When we were deciding between three houses, we spent quite a bit of time in each looking around. It would have been so nice to have a bottle of water offered.

It's funny, because OUR house had a bowl of butterscotch candies, and I was so excited to have one when we were looking around! (It doesn't take much, obviously! )

I would put a picture of the house on the label as well. We looked at so many sometimes they became blurred together.

What about something along the lines of:

"You could make this your permanent watering hole." Then the address.
