Need some surprise ideas....

I am in need of some ideas to surprising the family on our upcoming DW trip. Last trip that we took I surprised them with two limos to pick us up from the airport. No one had any idea except for my dad and brother. Last time we had 12 people in our party and that is what I'm hoping for again. So if you have or have done anything that surprised the family when they got to DW give me some ideas, please.

I definately recommend the Family Magic Tour at MK.

I surprised our family with one last October. All I told them is that we need to be at the MK at 9:45am for a surprise.

It's a really fun tour in which you have to follow clues around the MK to get back Captain Hook's golden hook. You can act as silly as you want, and with a family of 12 it would really be a hoot!
At the end you get one-on-one time with a character - usually Peter Pan but not guaranteed. Then you get to ride a ride with that character.

Just one tip - make sure they have been to MK before or book your tour for a morning after you have already visited MK. This way they will be focused on the tour.

Also, a fireworks cruise would be nice too. We tried to get a Illuminations, but they were booked. So we did a MK fireworks which was just as nice IMO.
