Need some recommendations

We are staying for 6 nights (July 21-26th) and my parents are joinin us for the last 3 nights (24th - 26th). We have CRT booked for lunch for my daughters birthday (25th). We have San Angel Inn booked for the 26th for dinner and thought we would illuminations after. We also have Le Cellier booked on the 23rd, so I am not sure if we want to do illuminations and Epcot again. So I am thinking of changing the San Angel Inn reservations.

Do you think that would be a good idea? My parents won't be with us for Le Cellier and illuminations on the 23rd. So should we do it again or something else? Can anyone recommend any other good restaurants to try with the whole family?

I could watch Illuminations every night. If you want a change - the Boardwalk is a short walk away. Flying Fish, ESPN club & Spoodles are all great places!

Why not just skip illuminations the night of the 23 and see illuminations for the first time all together on the 26th? It sounds like you have park hopper tickets yes? So that gives you a free night on the 23 to do whatever you please!

I agree with the above poster, I could see illuminations every night though, so you can't go wrong either way!
