Need Some Positive Thoughts.

I can't get into this too much but it has to do with a financial crisis and Fleet Bank... never a good combination. We loaned a relative money, he then got nabbed by the IRS for back taxes. After 18 months... that's right 18 MONTHS the government finally straightened the mess out. Then they released the money to Fleet bank. I can't begin to tell you how many times these total morons at Fleet have promised to release the money to him. Today it happened again but at the end of the day there was still ONE more thing they had to go over. Now it's suppose to be available tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. I've been on the verge of tears since 4 p.m.

My hands are tied. It's not officially my money and it's certainly not my account that's involved and it IS a very close relative.

We've tried everything else so I'm hoping that positive thoughts may be the thing to push this into our favor.

I've almost written this 20 times over the past few months but then I'll read about folks on here with terrible problems... deaths, illness and so on and I think that there may be people out there that think this is a minor event. Maybe it is but I'm going to ask anyway and hope for the best.

I know we're not suppose to get more than we can take but the last five weeks since my Mom's death have been a nightmare.

There's nothing "minor" about a bad financial situation.. Ask me - I'll tell you.. I'll tell you about the headaches - the sleepless nights - the waking up sick to my stomach in the morning - and on and on.. It can - and does - take a terrible toll on people..

Having said that, I'll say a prayer that this gets straightened out SOON!! It sounds like you've had a pretty rough time recently and could use a break..

Never think that your problems are unimportant. Thank God we don't all have horrible things happening to us. That doesn't mean that our problems don't weigh heavy on us. Always feel free to vent. That's what friends are for!
