Need some points!

I would like to buy enough points to stay at the Caribean Beach Club or Yaht Club Sept. 22-24 (3 nights) I can't seem to get the Points Chart to come up on my computer :-( Let me know those of you wishing to sell points how many it will cost and what your payment arrangements are. I will pay $10 a point which seems to be the going rate right now. Thanks! Kim

I don't know if you are a DVC member, but just for your information you may be better off renting to stay at the Beach Club villas. The points to stay there are :

36 for a studio: Sleeps 4 @ $10 pp = $360
66 for a 1bdr: Sleeps 4 full kitchen@$10 pp = $660
90 for a 2bdr: Sleep 8 full kitchen @ $10 pp = $900

The points for the yacht club would be:

For a Standard View regular hotel room: 96 @$10pp =$960
For water/pool View regular hotel room: 111@ $10pp=$1110

The resorts are right next to each other and you would save $

I checked on the calculator and the Caribbean Beah is 38 points for those 2 days and 64 points for the Yacht Club. I have 70 points that I can rent you, but I will need to rent you the full amount of 70 instead of the 64, so I don't loose them. Please let me know if you are interested.

the reason why the points are so high, is because those resorts are not dvc home resorts,
these are
boardwalk, beach club wilderness lodge,old key west.
beach club is actually right next store, share the same pool,walk out the back of the resort main lobby two min. walk to the yatch club.
and with a studio at the dvc home resorts you get a small refrig, micro, coffe pot. in a 1 bedroom a full kitchen, washer and dryer, whirl pool in the bedroom area.
