Need some merchandise help - Tinkerbell Cup!!

Well, not more than a month that we've returned from Disney and one of my daughter's souvenirs (sp?) unfortunately has become ruined. I was so sad, I pulled it out of the cabinet this afternoon to make her a beverage (after a weekend of relatives being here, not blaming them, they just put the stinking thing in the dishwasher!!!!!!!!!! Who puts a bendy straw with a lid and a cup that says "Not Dishwasher Safe" in the dishwasher?!!)......ok, off that rant...I'm sure they were trying to be helpful and wash up everything, but I was so sad. It was my daughters first trip to WDW and that was one of her favorite things. So......I immediately get on the internet to find a replacement, but with no avail. Can anyone help?? I should take a pic, but a quick description, it was a purple Tinkerbell hard plastic cup with lid and bendy straw. The straw has a star in the middle of it that can be twirled around. I purchased the cup at Pop Century Resort. If anyone knows where/how to find a replacement, I would be very grateful!! Thank you!!

Ok, in my search I found that on All Ears . Net.......you can actually call WDW and mail order stuff. I think I might try that. Anyone had experience with this?? Thank you in advance!!

Ok... calm down! I was just about to tell you to call Walt disney world. They DO mail stuff from the park ALL the time. You just have to give them what the item is and what store you bought it/ saw it at. They go out right away and get it. They have you pay for it right over the phone. I did this a few years ago with an item we wanted there.. (a fragile one at that) and they sent it to us with NO problem. If I were you, I would order 2 or 3 in case it happens again, or this one just gets lost or old. Then you have a brand new one to use in its place all over again.

Thank you! I'm calm!!! I was just irritated and "in the moment"!!! I will use that service, definitely. Bottom line it is replaceable and I am happy about that!! Next time, I might have to point out, "please don't put stuff in the dishwasher that will melt immediately!!" UGH! Well, off to get a new Tink cup. My DD just loves that thing! Thanks again for your help!

You can get it replaced so don't worry. I bought a Italian charm and about a year later the Minnie fell off. They replaced it at no cost to me, I just had to send them a copy of the original receipt. If you don't still have it, I am sure you can at least purchase a replacement one through Mail Order.
