Greetings Everyone!

We are going to WDW the Sept 3rd and 4th and sailing on the Wonder for 4-nights on the 5th.

This is my mother's 1st time at WDW or anywhere for that matter-she has never taken a real vacation. After 31 years and raising six children she is finally getting her reward! She turned 50 this year and instead of throwing her a party we bought her a cruise (I'm paying for myself) and 2-nights at WDW (definitely my idea).

I have been there 3 times in Dec. and once in Apr. so I'm a little unsure about the weather, what the crowds are like, etc.

I would sure appreciate anyone who has been there in September to offer a litte advice.

Thanks
~Princess Dana~

Oh dear a cruise smack in the middle of Hurricane season. I know because my anniversary is Sept 7 and we cruise a lot also do Disney then a lot.
It is still very hot then. and whether there will be torrential rains, tropical storms etc. is really a crapshoot. it is kind of 50/50 at best,
in any given year we have had beautiful weather and have also been slammed by hurricanes 3 times.
I really hope you luck out especially on the cruise part, rough seas and a first cruise can be really unpleasant.

thanks for the advice.

It's my 1st Disney cruise. I cruised before (W Caribbean) on Carnival. It's my Mom's 1st cruise but the only time we both can get vacation.

I am crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. Plus taking lots of meds.
