Need some info on a semco Minnie Mouse toy : )

Hey there, I recently acquired a Walt Disney Prod, semco Minnie Mouse vinyl faced soft toy. It still has its original tag attached, as when bought new and is in excellent, if not a bit dusty condition. Have tried searching the web. but to no avail! Would like any information on this item, am guessing it dates back to the 50s, thanks : )
