Need some ideas for a 4 year old b-day at WDW

We are thinking of decorating the room but need some ideas.

Gifts of a Lifetime stated the room decorations the do are for 5 year olds and older.

Can anyone give me some ideas on what maybe we can do?

Oh gosh - can you look into what the WDW Florist has to offer? They have a variety of things on their site.

You could also pack some streamers and balloons and stuff. Send the kids to the pool with one parent, while the other uses shopping as an excuse to make the magic happen

you could have a just mommy then just daddy day or part of the day. I loved being able to have one on one time with my parents as a kid. Then like Nancy said have the other parent go shopping and set the room up. If you have a car maybe go to publix or target for extras.

Make sure that you get her or him a badge that states it's her or his birthday. Go to City Hall or Guest relations. We suggested that to a friend for her little girl and she had a great time.

If you can manage it, go over to the DISigns thread and get a custom Birthday graphic done up, and iron it onto a plain shirt for her to wear for the day. I have also seen door knob hangers indicating a birthday celebration.

I am taking DD to DLR for her 8th birthday, and making a special autograph book just for that day. If you don't want to go that route, get some birthday stickers and cover a store bought one so that it becomes a record of birthday wishes for her.

If you are doing character meals, try to have her favourite one that day, and make sure they know it is her birthday.

I would do the suggestions already listed for decorating the room.
