Need some help with virtual pins

Don't forget to get your last virtual pin from the Disney site! I got my last one today, and then they give you a certificate to print out for a free pin with the purchase of a Magical Moments Pin at WDW (you can get up to four with the certificate). I am going to WDW in November, and will use it then, BUT I can't get it to print. It comes up fine on the screen, and looks great, but it just won't print for me. You have to have Adobe Acrobat, and I do have that, but I still can't get it to print. Would someone be willing to print an extra copy and mail it to me? It's a general certificate, doesn't have a name on it or anything, so I don't think printing extra copies would be a problem. I'll be glad to pay for postage or will send you a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Thanks!

Cherry...go through the motions to bring up the certificate on your screen. Then click on file and bring the menu down. Click on print and settle back. It took my computer about three minutes to begin printing. Maybe you're not waiting long enough. My printer always begins immediately, but, this morning took this long. Maybe it's the Adobe reader. Try this........let us know.

Thanks for the suggestions, Snowgoose. That's pretty much what I did before, but I did try it again. I get all kinds of messages before the certificate actually comes up on the screen, like "unrecognized token sh was found," and "several parsing errors occurred." When I get past them and the certificate comes up, and I hit print, I wait and wait, and the printer light flashes and flashes, and I finally get a message that says, "Printer timeout error occurred," and says to try increasing the timeout setting -- which I did, but wasn't sure what to increase it to. Anyway, bottom line, just doesn't seem to want to print. I print things from the internet all the time, but this one just doesn't want to cooperate.

I got my last pin today too but it just told me to come back. I just got the standard blurb. It is September 10th and I do have all five. Any ideas.

Mine printed out fine. Had to go through Real Player then Adobe Acrobat but it printed fine. E-mail me later and I may be able to help figure out what uis wrong.

If you are getting errors when you open the file with Acrobat, there is probably something wrong with the file. I suggest that you go back and download your certificate again.
For the person who said that the site said come back for a pin, I'd also suggest that you go back to the site and view your pin box again to see that you indeed have all 5 pins. If you do, email Disney and tell them of your problem.

Whew!!! Finally got the certificate printed with Dom's expert help. Dom, you are the best! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out -- I was really getting frustrated with it.
