Need some help with building request please.

My family and I are going to Disney for the first time in many years. We are staying at Pop Century and would like to get a building close to transportation because my husband has limited mobility. Which would be the best building to request? Thank you for your help in advance.

I would call in and just request close to transportation so they know that that's the part you are concerned about. A first floor room might a helpful request too since the elevators are only at the center of the building and it can add to your walk unnecessarily. If you don't get it, ask at the front desk when you get there if they have anything closer. Can't hurt to ask.

Your best bet would be to request "close to Transportation". There are a couple options to get you somewhat close to both the bus stops and the Skyliner.

And your best bet is to make ‘close to transportation’ your ONLY request.

Note in the photo the skyliner is located halfway across the Generation Gap bridge.

To piggyback on the PP, when you make "close to transportation" your only request, specify if you mean BUS transportation or SKYLINER transportation, since they are on opposite sides of the resort.

Did you book a preferred room, or a preferred pool view room? Those are the 2 options that would get you closest to transportation. If you booked just a standard room, you're most likely not gonna be that close to transportation.
