Need some help from recent WESTERN MAGIC cruisers!!

Hi! I've heard that some of the theme dinners were getting switched around as well as formal/semi-formal night. I am trying to figure out when I want to go to Palo and read on another post that the Masters Chef dinner was now on Friday! That would change my plans. Is there anyone out there who can tell me which nights are which afdter the first 3 "regular" meals? Any input would be helpful! Thanks!!!

I was just on the Magic last week. Here is the schedule:

Saturday: Casual (Restaurant's Menu)
Sunday: Semi-formal (Restaurant's Menu)
Monday: Casual (Restaurant's Menu)
Tuesday: Tropical
Wed: Casual (Small World)
Thursday: Formal (Captain's Gala)
Friday: Casual (Master Chef's)

By the way, the wording of some of the dinners has changed such as the following:

Small World is now called "Around the World"
Master's Chef is called "The Best of"

Is this the same for recent Western Cruisers? Have they moved tropical night to Grand Cayman day or is it still on Wednesday after Cozumel?

That looks to be from the Eastern. I don't think they would have semi-formal night while we were in Key West on Sunday.

I had the same thought Mary, semi-formal while docked in Key West. I just counted backwards from our June 21 Western and last week, if Ashley 24 meant April 19-16 cruise, would have been Eastern.

Just spoke with DCL, and they told me that this is the updated listing for the Western Itinerary:

Sat Casual Restaurant Menu
Sun Casual Restaurant Menu
Mon Semi-Formal Restaurant Menu - Day at sea
Tues Casual Best of Menu
Wed Tropical Wear Mexicali
Thur Formal Captain's Gala - Day at sea
Fri Casual Small World

I would think the semi-formal and formal dinner nights would be the days at sea. Otherwise, we will all be beautifully dressed with beach hair!

Monday and Thursday are sea days on the Western. Monday the ship is enroute from KW to Grand Cayman and Thursday between Cozumel and CC.

I just read the navigators posted from 4/26 cruise and they say that Tuesday is "Around the World" and Friday is "Best of"
