Need some help...Annual Pass, DVC, and FastPass Plus

Hi fellow disers! Looking for some help. I've been searching for a while now on the board today and can't seem to find anything that addresses my issue. Maybe I am using the wrong search criteria. Anyway, here are the facts:

- DH and I are DVC members and have points booked at the end of April

- Our Annual Passes expired in December

- I ordered new Annual Passes today via the DVC link and received a confirmation number

- I was under the impression that I would be able to link the new passes via the confirmation number I received as I would like to schedule our FastPass Plus ressies

- I attempted to link the confirmation number to MDE and I am getting an error that indicates the number is already linked elsewhere.

I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?? Maybe I made up the fact that the confirmation number for the passes could be used!?!?

I just bought new APs through Member Services. I was given a Will Call number which I linked to MDE with no problem.

Did you choose the will call option for delivery? If not and you chose to have them mailed you'll have to wait till you get them in the mail.

We had the same issue when we purchased out annual passes. Wish they would have told us to do will call when we ordered! But, after a lengthy phone call with technical services (I don't have the phone # anymore - sorry), they were able to do it manually. It is a but of a pain but if you don't want to wait to receive in the mail, they should be able to link them for you. . .

I had a similar issue, I called and talked to a CM and they did it for me over the phone! Good luck!

Is there any advantage to doing will call over having the vouchers mailed? I am ordering our vouchers next week and we have a little time until I need them for FP+ so I can do either option.
