Need some fingers crossed and pixie dust...

We are so close to closing the deal on our (new to us) MH. However, the deal has hit some snags. I won't bore you with the details, but it's taking a little longer than anticipated to get all the "i's dotted and t's corssed" with the paperwork. The guy who's selling it to us is getting impatient and I think he might trade it in to a dealer (before we complete our paperwork) so he can quickly get into his new MH, even though he may have to take a loss on the trade (I'm sure the dealer won't be giving him what we will).

So I need a few fingers crossed that this guy can keep his impatience in check for just a couple more days (Bank says we'll close on monday, but the seller's really pushing for tomorrow or not at all and I don't think the bank can get it done tomorrow). We love the unit and are hopeful, but if it doesn't work we realize there are other units out there. It'll just be disappointing. Give us a little pixie dust please!

Well I for one, send my best wishes your way, we sold our TT last year so we could buy another used TT ( without bunks ) and with a slideout. We only have a certain amount of money to spend, and lets just say it has not been fun, we are still looking , it has basically ruinned our summer so far, we have put off going to WDW once again. Geez....all good deals seem to get snapped up by the time our area gets the RV Trader. Got financed for a new TT, but they wanted 4000.00 down. and that was still financing for 10 years Good luck to you, what's a few days compared to a big sell like that.

I'm being careful not to over- take this thread, yes we always check out the
RV Trader online, we live in Belmont , NC and and most sells seems to be out of state. Really don't want to travel far just to look at a TT, unless I really knew I wanted to buy it. Thanks

Hey, don't worry about taking over (I'm the OP and I say it's OK). We live near Raleigh, so I understand about having trouble finding stuff. NC just doesn't have that many dealerships and very few "big" dealers, so it's hard to find a lot of used ones without driving all over everywhere. We've been trying to keep it to a minimum, but managed to find this unit in Burlington which is about 2 hrs. from home. So I know how it feels.
