Need some disign help!

I am looking for help for my Summer Cruise.

Last summer my kids put Mickey Ear Flag's up for each country we went to in the Baltic Sea. This year we are going on the Mediterranean Cruise and I have found all but 2 countries. I am still looking for these two countries:

1. Sicily

2. Corsica

I would love if someone could create these two Mickey Heads with Black Ears and the flag in the middle.

Corsica is part of France (haven't been there yet )
