Need some advice on flying

I need some advice on our flight home as far as how early we should arrive at the airport. We can get a flight home that leaves at 9:50 a.m. but I don't know how early we should leave WDW to get to the airport and be able to make the flight. Any help would really be appreciated!

6:30 to 7am departure from Disney (assuming that you have checked out) should be sufficient.

Most carriers are requesting you to be at the airport no later than two hours prior to your flight time, some are asking for three hours. You need to plan on leaving WDW about an hour before you need to be at the airport. So for a 9:50 am flight, I would leave around 6:30 am.

I was talking to Debby from Tiffany Towncars yesterday and she said they are picking up guests 3 hours before their flights, especially if they are using US Airways because of something with Metrojet and long lines. Don't know if that information helps, but I figure she obviously has a good feel on how long it takes to get throught he crowds at MCO.
