Need show and fireworks times

Going June 1-8 staying in park,on the first day (6-1) Epcot has EMH. Question is what time will Illuminations be? 9pm or 11pm.
Next question, is there a schedule showing times of shows like "Beaty & the Beast and others?Thanks Ron & BB
