Need selling info-where do I go?

OK, we've decided we need to sell. So what do we do now? Do we contact a broker like TTS? Call DVC and get some contract # or something? Go to Ebay (I've heard some people do this, but we don't know anything about selling on our own). It's a very small # of points-we don't know if that matters? Here I sit, on a Sunday afternoon-we've made a decision, now what's the next step we take? Help!

We're selling through The Timeshare store. We just filled out the form on their website, they contacted us by email with the forms, we filled them out, faxed them back and it was listed all within 48 hours.

Could list with TUG or contact people on their Wanted to Buy Board.

Wish has a good suggestion. Small point contracts sell very quickly as add-ons. TSS gets a good percentage for selling your contract. I would research all avenues.

How small is the contract? Which resort is it at? If it is a very small contract and at a popular sold out resort, I would definitely try to do the TUG sale. You COULD do Ebay, but that is a real hassle, especially if you have never sold anything there before. As stated by others, small contracts would not be as profitable for you through a broker.

Sorry, Doc. I just thought if the contract was less than 100 points and at a very popular sold out resort, it might make a difference where they might be best served to go for a sale.
