Need Room/Bldg Request Help

I have booked my Poly trip through a TA. Should I send building requests through them or directly to the Poly. How should I go about doing this? Should I just wait until I get there, ask, and hope? What have been your experiences? Thanks in advance!

I would give the TA your request and make certain that it appears on your confirmation. You'll have a better chance of getting your request met if you keep it simple and not too specific. For instance, request a first floor room, or request a balcony room, or request a certain longhouse. You will most liekly be disappointed if you request a particular room number or request more than one thing, like Samoa, 3rd floor, volcano pool view.

My experience has been positive with noting only one request on my reservation ahead of time and then reminding again at check-in.

I'm not sure if the reminder is necessary, but I do it anyway.
