Need Resort Help! 4 adults + 4 children

But they won't be in the same section, and may even be in separate sections of the resort.

All-star Music Family Suites would be a better option, because there are suites and regular rooms in the same buildings.

A thought occurred to me, you can rent travel trailers and camp at Fort Wilderness. There are companies who set up everything for you. For example, greenbervrvflorida rents a 32 ft trailer for $799 and it sleeps 10. Sites run $100 to $130 your time of year.

I'd go with 3 rooms at a value. We always stay in a regular room at many Wdw resorts and still manage to Have breakfast in room, using fridge. Milk & cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. Sometimes use food court toaster for bagels. Can also use hot water for instant oatmeal.

I'd go with 3 value rooms. Probably work out the same price wise as 2 moderates, but you have more space. Also I'd stay onsite this way people can split up easier and you won't have the cost of 2 rental cars and parking for 2. (Unless you're driving there anyways....then check out Wyndham Bonnet Creek) Given the dynamics of the family I'd want to make sure everyone's got some space to get away from each other :)

The problem with 3 rooms is that an adult has to be in each room. I'm not sure how they would want to divide up the guests. Also none of those rooms are guaranteed to connect with each other, that is something to consider.

In this particular situation, I think you're going to need at least 5 sleeping surfaces. I am going to make a guess that your fiance's daughter isn't going to be comfortable sharing a bed with anyone else in the party.

I'd get 2 rooms at either POR or CBR. You, your fiance, and his DD in one room, and the rest in another room. This assumes that your 2 DDs can share a bed, 2 of the boys can share a bed, and the third can sleep on the pull-down murphy bed.

Or one of the DDs can have the other bed in op's room and the fiancee's daughter can sleep in the murphy bed.

But I do agree that this is the best option from an economical standpoint without feeling too crowded. As others have pointed out, connecting rooms are not a guarantee. Just make sure you are reserving specifically the rooms with that 5th murphy bed.

Yeah, I mean, they can arrange people however they want. But at minimum, they'd need 2 rooms (one of which has a murphy bed). I was just listing the first arrangement that came to my mind. I guess the single DD can decide which family she likes better. ;)
