Need Res 12/9-12/14...BCV studio

Just returned from WV and BCV 3 weeks ago. The kids are begging to go back to see the Christmas/holiday decorations and parties. I have air booked and have tried making reservations 12/9-12/14 and nothing is available.

Does anyone have a reservation that they will be giving up for this time frame. We prefer BCV or BWV but are VERY flexible and we only need a studio.

OR...Does anyone have any suggestions for getting reservations when DVC is saying they are booked? Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.....

You may have to stay offsite instead of on the property. Have you tried the DTD Hotels?

I will try one of the other hotels if all else fails. I have been put on a waitlist for all the Disney resorts. We are just so familiar with the Disney way of life that staying offsite would be our last choices. Do you have a recommendation for another hotel? We were thinking the Marriott.

I don't think this will help if your air is already booked, but I have a studio at VWL for Nov 27 - Dec 2 or 3, and it is decorated for Christmas at this time with the Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party in full swing on Nov 27, 29 and Dec 1.

Thanks for the offer. Due to the school schedule we are trying to take advantage of the kids being off for two days making for a long weekend. Unfortunately I can't pull them out of school for more than a day without being overwhelmed with homework.

I have a confirmed reservation for a preferred view studio at the BWV that I cannot use -- check in December 12 and check out December 14. Please send me a PM if you want to rent this. Then you can wait list for fewer nights.

Edited to add: The only reason I haven't cancelled this ressie is because I must use up those points soon so I am considering asking family and friends if they are interested soon.

Thanks for the offer but I think we are going to wait and see if we can get reservations for all 5 nights. Long shot, I know, but since it is only 5 days I'm not sure I would be willing to change resorts in the middle of the stay. We did that on our trip in August and with 3 little kids it was a lot of work.
