need rental contract (simple)

might have to rent ressie I have for May 2008 and need a rental contract. I read most of the thread on the rent/trade board. Is there an updated and simple contract available now.

Don't know how updated or simple, but here are some examples in this Sample DVC Rental Contracts thread.

If you already have a reservation you are trying to sell, you can just simplify one of those agreements. Should be very straightforward for an existing reservation I would think.
