DD is in a cheer comp in Jan. The place has given us a group rate and all but I'd like to see if we can get a better deal elsewhere. It's at the Rosen Shingle, so someplace somewhat close to there would be great. TIA!

Vista Cay, a short term rental community, is right across the street. Not sure what your cost is at the Rosen, but you can put an inquiry into some of the owners there on www.vistacayrent.com. There are 2 bedroom condos, 3 bedroom condos, and 3 bedroom townhomes.

I think the rate we are getting is $121/night. I know that is probably good for that resort, I just would like to get it for less than $100 if possible. May be hard though since we will have to be there for New Years Eve.
