Need recommendations for rock salt type ice cream maker????

We want to get an ice cream maker, but don't want the kind you put in the freezer. We want to old fashioned type that you put rock salt in. I know they make them in an electric version so you don't have to crank it. Just wondered if anyone has one and if so, what brand and how well has it worked? Thanks!

We love our White Mountain ice cream maker. We've got this version: http://www.brm-icecream.com/4electricm.htm, but the one we have is about 30 years old and still works great. Home made ice cream is the BEST!

I recently purchased one at Target. It had the pine wood barrel type bucket, an electric motor, and an included hand cranked apparatus if you wanted. The whole thing was about $55.00. It was a great deal.
