Need Quick Help - had to change some ADRs

My MIL decided to join us on our trip! Good news in al respects except my ADRs. Thankfully, we are staying off-site, and do not have the DDP, so we only have a few.

DH has a convention while we are in WDW and will have the car for 3 days. Our plan is to book some breakfasts on Disney property so that the kids and I can get into the parks.

We were planning to eat at Cape May Cafe before DHS, but can't add the 5th person to our ADR.

So now I booked Hollywood & Vine, but DH has to drop us off before his convention starts. Will we be able to get dropped off at DHS around 7:15-7:20 - even if our ADR isn't until 8:05? Or will we have to go to one of the closest resorts and take a bus from there?

The kids also really wanted to eat at Whispering Canyon Cafe, and I could get an ADR there, but will we have to be on a bus forever to get to DHS?

I need to book something! Help!

If you have an ADR for an meal on the park before the park opens you just go the park gate and tell the CM's you have a meal reservation (have the number available if they want it) they will let your party into the park. I've done this for breakfast at MK several times although I haven't done it DHS I'd guess the process is the same. They recommend you show up early for dinning reservations so take advantage of it.
You can drop off a party at the park without parking friends of mine have done it, when they got to the lot they asked the CM's working parking and were directed where to drop off at.
