I"m trying to start planning ahead to try to stay OP in FL. For the 2 nights on the beach & the 6 nights at the Omni, the kids have me talked into buying Panera Bagels. We'll have a cooler, don't have a panera here & they love them & the rf hazelnut cream cheese. I can do 1/2 a bagel if I'm careful of which ones for 3 pts, but it won't fill me for long. So I'm trying to figure out low point protein. Or, I'll just try to get myself some lt bagels & pretend!

What about egg whites? I could boil some eggs at my sisters, but I'm not sure if the protein is in the whites or yolks.

Any suggestions?? I really don't want to do more than about 4-5 points for breakfast. Less if I can.

About half the protein from the egg is in the white. Depending on the size of the egg, you should have around 3-4 grams of protein per egg white. So you would have to eat quite a few whites for it to amount to anything

I don't know about points, but how about LF string cheese? I get the Precious brand and it is 70 calories, 4g fat and 9g protein for a serving. I also eat lots of hard boiled egg whites (according to FitDay, 3 whites = 50 calories and 10g protein). And FF cottage cheese is another favorite protein source, although not very portable... Hope this helps!
