My family and I are Disney veterans, seen it, done most all of it. We mostly stay at moderates, occasionally deluxe. My dream has always been to stay at Poly. In October, me, dh, daughters(24, 15, 13) and granddaughter 18 months are staying at Poly with deluxe dining. We go as much for the restaurants as the parks. We have ts breakfast and dinners planned each of the 6 nights.

My question - I was thinking of surprising family by splurging and getting club level. But it is more than $1000 more. The thought was with the baby, we could get milk or snacks without going out, etc. We also have one extremely picky eater so was thinking she could supplement here. I can't imagine getting our money's worth, but liked the thought of everyone being pampered. Also with so many in a room, the teens could go to lounge to get space.

Any opinions?

We love the Poly & have stayed CL there 3 times. And no you wouldn't get your money's worth with the food offered but it's very much worth it for the location and the view.

We have stayed CL with Deluxe Dining and it was way too much food for us. You can buy milk and snacks a lot cheaper at Capt Cookes than staying CL. Enjoy the Poly it's a nice resort and I loved our stay there.

We stayed Poly CL on our last trip and loved it. Yes it is more expensive but the convenience and the exceptional view from the lounge can't be beat. It was great for our kids to walk down to the lounge to get something when they wanted a snack or drink. You can also get yourself a glass of wine, a beer or a liqueur. It was also nice to have somewhere besides the room to relax in or have breakfast in while other people were getting ready. Be careful though...we were hooked after our first stay so now we are heading back to Poly CL this summer!:goodvibes

We've never stayed CL at the Poly, but having stayed CL at other resorts, we do it mostly for the convenience of the lounge rather than to get our money's worth out of the snacks and drinks. With that said, even though we've never experienced Poly CL, I think it would be well worth the extra cost for the lounge and the view, as the view, from what I understand, is amazing :cloud9:.

Only stayed CL once and it was a free upgrade after a bit of a check in hassle. It's wasn't anything I'd ever pay for so I say save the 1000 :)

Thanks everyone! We voted and decided to go back to basic dining but go club level. We are taking off 1 ts dinner and 2-3 breakfasts to help us not blow up form too much food!
