We are interested in 5 nights at Boardwalk Villas, Beach Villas, or other suggestions Our dates are somewhat flexible...we would like to go mid February. We are new to this message board and have never been to Disney. Looking forward to taking our 4 yr old.....please help?

You will need to pick your dates or at least your days of the week you would like. You will also have to select a room size. This will then allow someone to answer your questions on the cost and availability. No one can make reservations yet in 2006, so you have some time. I have points available next year and I could set it up for you, just give me an idea of what you want. Your best option is to book at 11 months. This allows you to select a standard view room with the least cost or to get a boardwalk view - the best view, but a little more expensive.
