Need Points for Next Holiday Season

I am new to buying points but have visited WDW annually for the past 5 years with my husband and kids. My mom-in-law wants to take my husband's family next year for Christmas. We did this the first time I visited WDW through a travel agent (there were 8 adults/3 kids) 5 years ago. I would like to do this on my own now that I know way more and we have 8 adults/6 kids/1 infant.

We are looking to rent points at OKW for peak season. Over the kids' Christmas Break 2006. I know this may be a long shot to get enough points at this time of the year, but I thought I'd give it a try. I know roughly how many points we need and have talked to many DVC members.

We would need roughly 580 points- so anyone interested please post a reply.

We are on our way to WDW in Feb 06- wish I had known about renting points before I booked at Animal Kingdom Lodge a few days ago. I didn't know you could rent points, I thought you could only trade them. Too late to cancel now
