Need points for Aug 2004

We’re looking to rent points for August, 2004.

Our rental dates are flexible.

Check-in: anytime, starting as early as Wednesday, August 4

Check-out: no later than Friday, August 20

Resort preferences:
First choice – BWV 1BR Std View for 8 or 9 nights
Second choice – BWV 1BR Pref View for 7 or 8 nights
Third choice – BWV 2BR Std View for 7 nights
Fourth choice – BCV 1BR for 7 or 8 nights

These accommodations would require somewhere between 246 - 330 points, depending on the length of stay and number of Friday/Saturday nights included.

I'd like to follow-up on my original post, and share the results of my point rental experience.

This was the first time I rented points. And I am happy to report that everything worked out very well!

DBBN was was wonderful to work with. He was very prompt in responding to all of my communications, which were easily handled via email messages. He also provided phone contact information -- although I never needed to call him. The entire situation was handled with an outstanding level of care and concern -- as though the reservation was being made for himself or family members.

Overall, the process was conducted in an organized, professional way. The reservation for my original request was made in a timely manner, and my preferences for resort and type of accomodation were followed -- in the priority order I had specified. And when I inquired about the ability to rent additional points to extend our stay, he was very accomodating and handled that with ease, as well.

DBBN often went far beyond my expectations. He utilized a straightforward, easily understood written agreement that clearly listed the details of our point rental agreement. The DVC reservation confirmation paperwork was promptly forwarded to me, along with several thoughtful items that he provided to make our vacation planning easier. He even followed-up on our DVC reservations shortly before we left on our trip -- as a final check to make sure that everything was okay.

I highly recommend renting points as a less expensive alternative for staying in the DVC villas. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DBBN as an excellent person to rent points from. He made the entire process very stress-free and pleasant. And I intend to contact him as soon as we are ready to start planning our next Disney trip!
