Need points for 11/4/2005

I am new at this, bit it looks like, from what i've seen on the boards, that points can be rented to use at dvc resorts. We are looking to go to Disneyworld sometime between nov 4-nov 12, 2005. We are looking for a 1 bedroom villa, preferrably at beach club or boardwalk. I'm not sure of the layout of these villas or how many points it would take.
