Need planning help, please!

Good morning all! I was hoping that those who enjoyed planning and have the time, could offer me some advice.

DH just decided to bump our 4d MYW WPFM tickets to 7days!!!

So now I need to figure out a basic itinerary to book better dining reservations. Here's what we're considering:

2 days of AM WP play until late afternoon
1 visit to AK
1.5 visits to DHS, MK, EP
1 round of mini golf
1-2 visits to DQ

We arrive around dinner time on 4/24 and leave out first thing in the AM on 5/1 (no plans for 5/1 - as its breakfast and back home). DD8 and DS4 will be with us. This was much easier to plan with a visit to each park 1x and 2 "free" days to visit WPs, DQ, and mini golf. Thanks in advance for your helpful advice!!

We always start our trip out with eating at 1900 Park Fare the day we arrive. It's a character buffet with cinderella, prince charming, lady trumain and the step sisters. My kids are DS 9 DD7 and DD4 and they love this tradition!
One yr we couldn't get a reservation so we just swam at the hotel pool and ate at the hotel and thought that was fun as well! Happy Planning!
