need planning advice Re, EE and water parks

I will be at WDW may 7th - 13th. my arrival on the 7th (wednesday) wont be until late afternoon. I am staying at POR and have a ressie at the rainforest cafe at 8pm, Im planning on taking the boat over and just enjoying our first night at DTD. On may 8th (thurs) I was going to go to the contemporary resort and buy my SOG stars & stripes LOS passes then head over to blizzard beach then go to disney quest in the afternoon. The reason I want to go to BB on may 8th is because that is the only day during my stay at WDW that both water parks are open. the way I have my itinerary planned I wont be able to take advantage of any Early entries. Im thinking about replanning my days and was wondering if I should go to BB on a different day and plan my other days so I can take advantage of EE. I am wondering how crowded the water parks will be with only one park being open at a time. should I take my chances with the crowds at BB and take advantage of EE? My plans so far are:

May 8 BB and DQ
May 9 Epcot, have a storybook princess breakfast ressie at 8:50
may 10 AK then over to MK for fireworks
May 11 Epcot for mothers day brunch then over to MGM
May 12 MK
May 13 DQ or DTD before we come home to cold michigan

Im not sure I can rearrange my plans to take advantage of EE without changing my ressies and I dont think I want to go and change them now. we are leaving in 2 1/2 weeks. should I just forget about EE? Is it really worth it?

sunday - MK
monday - AK
Tues - MGM
Weds - Epcot
thurs - MK
Friday - AK
saturday - MGM
