Need Phone # re faulty merchandise

I just got back from DLR from the AP Preview for TSMM. I bought my ds a pin at the store at the end of the ride. When he went to put it on his lanyard, the metal back broke off the pin. :(

Does anyone have the phone # at DLR that I would call to report this and request a new pin?

oh no how sad. im sorry i dont have the number im sure some one here dose tho.
 

I am glad they are taking care of it! They seem to be pretty good when we had a few things like that happen.
 
Glad to hear that they replaced it without any trouble. I got home one time and noticed a crack in DS3 cup. I called and they were less then interested in helping me, especially because I didn't have the receipt. We had just gotten home and I had several other paperwork stating we had just stayed there. I am sure it was cracked before because it was never handled roughly or dropped or anything, we drove, so isn't like it was banged around in the luggage. Oh, it was a $3 cup too and they refused to replace it. Needless to say, I tell the story to everyone I know and have NOT purchased much since!
