Need phone number to call Wlodge to make room request.

When I make a room request do I call the hotel?

I am going to be staying at the Wildenress Lodge and need a phone number to call to make the request.

Can someone share this number?

Look at the back of your reservation form. Call within five days of arrival, that is when your record will be transferred into the hotel's computer. Ask for the "rooms controller".

The main number is 407-938-3000. The only thing I've ever read about requests is that they need to be noted on your confirmation letter. If you've booked through Disney,call them and have them note the request on your reservation. From what I understand,if you call the hotel,they will route you to the central reservations number anyway. Still it can't hurt to try. Good Luck!!

The phone number is 407-824-3200 for Wilderness Lodge.

I always fax a letter 5 days prior to arrival. Not that it is guaranteed, but we have had our requests met each time.

1) You cannot call WL directly.
2) The listed number goes to the Call Center.
3) IF you have a good reason, they MIGHT put you through to the resort.
4) To be put through, the resort MUST allow the call transfer.
5) They seldom accept a call to discuss room assignments.
6) It is best to put the request(s) on your reservation.
7) Remember, the fewer requests, the more likely they are granted.

8) Before you ask, WL does not even read faxed requests! They go into "File 13".
