Need Paypal Help ASAP !!!!**********

Hi,
I have a paypal account. I have someone who wants to buy something (not ebay or an auction - just like 2 friends kind of thing) from me & we were on the phone & can't figure out how she sends me $.

She has a paypal account. It appears its connected to her checking. But she wants to pay from her credit card so it won't take days to go thru.

Since she has $0 in her paypal balance, it appears that she goes to "send money", fills in that she wants $ to go to me....and then at SOME point somewhere will she be asked how she wants to pay? And thats where she puts in her credit card?

Can someone give really good directions so I can pass them on. I'm pretty good with computers & websites, but I was even having trouble on their site just finding where MY credit card & checking is listed. sheesh

Where it states something like "Form of Payment" and shows her checking account info...right near there (one line down I think) it says something like "Other payment options". She clicks on that.

She can use a credit card already on file (if she has one)...or she can add a new credit card.

She selects the card she wants to use, a box comes up saying, basically, Are you sure you want to use a card? (paypal likes when you use your checking account), she clicks Yes...then she'll be back on the payment screen to finish the transaction

She would have to register her card as a back up funding.


Than hit send money and choose cash for type... if she does not have the cc listed as the default than on the bottom is says more funding options.. right under where they say they are taking the $$ from her checking account... click on that and it will take you to Funding Options and she can choose the credit card.

She can even go right to that page and add the cc than. On the top right hand side it says add Credit card.

It'll be a couple of hours before she's home, so keep your fingers crossed we figure this out.
